Easy Halloween Party Projects

If you're planning a Halloween party, I have two simple projects from the blogosphere that will add a personal, homemade touch to your event.

Candy Corn Cookie Bark
from Your Homebased Mom

This candy corn cookie bark was even more delicious than I anticipated! It's a wonderful sweet treat with a little salty and looks oh so cute. Best of all, it's super easy with minimal clean-up. I couldn't find any orange jimmies, as shown on this blog, so I got some black and orange nonpareils at Michael's to sprinkle on top. You can serve this on your refreshments table or bag some up for cute party favors.

Your Homebased Mom has lots of yummy-looking recipes. You'll get some great ideas for food presentation from her beautiful pictures, too.

Printable Witch's Brew Water Bottle Labels
from Blonde Designs

These bewitching water bottles are a project you can get ready now and cross it off your party to-do list right away. In addition to the free printable labels, you'll find some great advice for keeping the bottles from sweating off the printed design in this post.

Blonde Designs has so many wonderful party and everyday celebration ideas. Both bloggers on this site are former art directors for Martha Stewart publications and have Martha's signature crisp, clean style.
